In the event that you cannot make your scheduled lesson time, please fill out the form below. You must submit this form at least 24 hours (12 hours for virtual lessons) before your lesson time in order for your schedule change request to be accepted. If your request is urgent and affects a same day lesson, please call (201) 205-1121.
